My position on conspiracies is that they exist but without evidence there’s no reason to believe I’m the magic genius who will figure it out. But, this attempt seems kind of suspicious? Of course, it could just be the result of them only keeping people on the job who are loyal, as opposed to competent (since with this presidency, those two traits can’t be aligned). I guess I’m at “we’ll find out at some point” again.

Not just right wing media. The fucking FBI can’t be bothered to look into the supposed shooters. Trump holds a grudge like no other, but he doesn’t hold a grudge against someone literally trying to kill him? That seems fishy. I don’t fully know what to believe, but I know something isn’t right, at least with the scratched ear event.
