One time I was walking along inside of a mentally ill dragon’s head and I bumped into a ghost. I offered to raise him from the dead, because it seemed like a nice thing to do, and he accepted. But that was a BIIIIIIIG mistake! Turns out he was from a culture where having sexual intercourse with your pets is accepted! He started fucking that dragon, even when the dragon didn’t want to. I told him not to do rape anymore, and he said no! So in the end I had to re-kill the guy and turn him back into a ghost.
The moral of the story is check if people are evil before raising them from the dead.
Be selective about to whom you make good deeds :D
That’s actually the truest answer, always do good to people who appreciate it
I just follow a more or less game theoretical heuristic- treat people with kindness. If they respond disingenuously, treat them the same.
Then if they do better you treat them better.
Works as a rule of thumb for me at least.
