No, only kidding! I just hate lukewarm coffee almost as much as no coffee. Have you tried Sensodyne or something similar?

No worries, I got it, I was also just joking! I do use sensodyne, but it doesn’t seem to have much of an effect. So far, dentists have said I’m SOL, but I’m hoping the Japanese enamel regrowth drug actually gets somewhere within the next couple of decades.

I really don’t mind lukewarm food or drink though, and I’m luckily not sensitive to sour, so it doesn’t make too much of a difference to me, tbh. I’d just like thicker enamel for better cavity protection.

Are you in the US? Sensodyne toothpaste that is sold in the US does not contain NovaMin (the ingredient you actually want). Other countries have it though in their sensodyne toothpaste. The closest I have found is Biomin by Dr. Collins (brand), but it does not have fluoride.

I’m in Europe, but when I was in the US, I imported sensodyne 🙃

To be fair, it could be doing a lot and I’m just starting from a really sensitive place.

if not sensodyne, i would also recommend (this is not medical advice talk to your dentist) fluoridex. it is prescription toothpaste and expensive but one tube lasts my wife and i six months. and my dentist makes our dental insurance (that my wife’s teaching job pays for) pay for it. it’s nice having a family friend as your dentist sometimes.

i take like three things in my life seriously and dental hygiene is one of them
