I could list you thousands of either adult women or children who aren’t sexualized. Just because a few anime’s do, doesn’t mean all are like that.
And yes, it’s only a few. Gooners are represented, but there are hundred of thousands of bl mangas and non comedy anime’s. (Not to mention manga, manhua and light novels.)
Go to myanimelist and look at the genres like slice of life, gourmet or horror.
Sure, slice of life has stuff like Kobayashi maid dragon which is kinda weird with the three children. But around it are all, to my knowledge, “normal” anime’s.
