"The project will also see its electricity usage matched with “100% clean and renewable energy” -

Oh boy, they found a way (“matched”) to use words “100% clean and renewable energy” as a cover to dismiss that it will actually be powered by fossil fuels.

Fossil fuel promoters are so embarrassed about it that they always try to gloss over it and call it by other names. It’s the oil & gas sector but they’re too ashamed to call it that. Anything to ignore the millions of tons of new emissions they cause.

I’m absolutely not surprised Temu MAGA are up to more anti-human shenanigans. It’s been their brand since Lougheed helped them weasel the election, slowly boiling that frog more each year.

I love how you’re putting a conservative provincial decision on a liberal federal rep. That’s some creative blamestorming, and they’d love to see us all do that.

I think this American AI bullshit should have been banned at the federal level before it ever got to the provincial level. Carney is a center-right fiscal-conservative who wants nothing more than for capitalists to rape our resources for financial gain. Liberals should be a step ahead of conservatives, especially when they lead the Fed and they’re clearly not. They’re obviously just letting this happen because they want the dollars.
