Alphafold came out in 2018.
In terms of research that is very little time.
Dude you could just admit you were wrong, it happens.
I did think it was sooner but I honestly don’t think that’s that long ago for such a big breakthrough, I dunno.
In that I think you are both correct, it’s quite new, but in computer stuff it’s ages IMO.
