For one - it’s a meme and not meant to be serious.
But also the point is that assuming that someone does or doesn’t want something like this is flawed. Which is why you don’t assume, you ask. You express a little bit of interest and see if the other person engages/escalates.
Agreed, communication and consent are way up there at the top. I don’t think we disagree. I just understand human behavior to not adhere any such norms. People gonna be weird and rapey, you know
