The game also includes a mix of radio stations featuring human-made music and AI-generated music

This is probably the wrong audience to ask but if you don’t give a shit at all about the quality of the music, why not just use royalty-free music? Isn’t that easier? And cheaper?

After watching the trailer, the AI-generated dialogue is (predictably) just terrible.

I just don’t understand this shit at all. You’re Coca-Cola and spend $5 b-b-billion/year on advertising but you’re gonna skimp and save like $1k on paying a human to create quality content and instead just outsource it to shitty AI-generated images? WTF is happening?

Also unrelated but why is “Stimulator” in quotes? Who are they quoting? Is it facetious? Is it not a stimulator? Is it supposed to be some kind of terrible joke?

Stimulator, as opposed to simulator is my guess.

Also, 100% agree. If something is so meaningless that you could give it to a robot, just chuck $500 at the nearest idiot with a guitar or throw royalty free classical music or make up some garbage song

“Here’s more truth: that statement is remarkably pathetic for the CEO of any company to be making, and combined with the AI use it will do far more damage to Saber’s reputation than it ever could mine. This screed will be many people’s first exposure to the Saber brand.”

    She nailed that analysis

Yeah, never heard of them before, seems like they make lots of ports? I surely will remember them now if I ever see a game with their name on it

Ah cool. So they didn’t bother to make a game but want people to buy it. No thanks.

I’ve bever heard of this game, now I’m seeing multiple articles on it. Could this be a marketing tactic?

So there will be some sort of punishment from Steam for lying about their game on the store, right?

E: I retract, as the game was not released yet.
