    If this this drug had a female equivalent it wouldn’t be sold OTC because it’s dangerous to take it when you have high blood pressure. This study just piles up more evidence for it. I guess this is a rare instance where sexism inherent to medicine and pharmacology bites men in the butt.

      Guess what, ED drugs (really BP drugs because they were developed as vasidilators for blood pressure management) aren’t legally available without a prescription.

        I stand corrected, tadalafil is not OTC in many countries, only sildenafil is. Tadalafil is OTC where I live since 2022 and I assumed it’s the same elsewhere.
