Though nowadays I live quite far from Canada and also I’ve been learning Spanish quite successfully so I see going to Mexico as more likely in the near future

Why? It’s not like the U.S manufactures RAM and that Chinese RAM would compete with them.
Micron is an American company and does manufacture in the US in addition to multiple other countries actually.
Not sure if the Koreans do any of their DRAM or NAND manufacturing in the US and too lazy to google at this point
So we have to find someone who can buy them and mail them as personals.
