it’s people who are angry at seeing popular comic lady who self-inserts in many of her comics again and need to share that anger.

It’s solely this because it’s self-aggrandising and there’s no wit. She props up a weekly strawman who is attacking solely her on a position we’re all against in the most banal manner possible and so to defend the position we have to defend her.

It’d be easy to ignore if the upvote brigade weren’t so persistent, but they are and it raises worrying eyebrows.
