Scary part is that this one might work, my wife gets all handsy when I smell of sweat, dirt and cut grass.

Its not like discount bodywash and Lynx Africa is exactly setting yourself apart.

Fresh sweat is sexy, but sweat goes from sexy to funky pretty damn quick. This is because the bad odor isn’t caused by the sweat itself but by bacteria in your sweat.

Then why the fuck does my sweat smell like gun powder and motor oil? Thats not sexy that’s my body practically screaming about how I want to make the old union militias and IRA look like a bunch of amateurs.

It could be your diet or it could be genetics. Or both. I had a roommate like that. As soon as it got hot, he started stinking. He would take a shower, but as soon as he started sweating again, he stank. I think in his case it was diet, because he ate lots of meat and no vegetables.

Yeah but it’s not like I start sweating all that bad, so I don’t think it’s the meat sweats. Probably balanced out by the fact that my diet is actually weirdly balanced. But yeah it’s probably genetics, doesn’t explain why it smells like gunpowder and motor oil though.

Nah not really, I don’t eat Thai food enough for that and my normal eating habits are about as spicy as a rural englishmans lunch.

I suspect that it works because she is your wife. BO works a lot better on your 101st date than it does on your 1st date. It is not about your armpits having an alluring scent, but the fact that the scent reminds your wife of times she got you all sweaty and stinky. It calls back to driving home after a long hike or snuggling with you on a cold winter day. It is a scent that she is used to smelling when she is looking at someone she loves.

Your smell. When she’s bonded to you and loves you. If it’s some random dude you’re on a first date with? Ew.

Could be, but it’s more likely that the sweat is still fresh and hasn’t turned into BO yet. Sweat doesn’t get stinky until you let it sit for a bit.

She likes it when you’ve been working hard to make her garden nicer… Have you considered it’s not the smell doing the work here?

That’s the smell of physical labor not the smell of sitting on your ass fumes that is being suggested lol.

EDIT: Also want to point out some cultures use so much perfume that it most definitely does make a difference on what you are wearing, although my nose feels like its getting pepper sprayed whenever I step into a mall with like 30 perfume shops lined up lmao

If I use perfume at all, it will be the least noticable thing possible. I want to be noticed as little as possible in real life.

So I want to not smell at all, if possible. I like that stinging nettle nonsense for some reason, so I use that shampoo. Mentol is cool too.

Just nothing to either be sexy or repulsive from.
