    I understand the sentiment, but the main boomer in my life still thinks I’m lazy despite working 12-14 hours a day 7 days a week.

    I found out the other day they also badmouth me and my partner for not having kids. They also think we don’t own a house yet solely because we’re irresponsible.

    They also voted for Trump three times and currently believe the economy is thriving better under him than it would have otherwise. They have insane levels of American exceptionalism.

    I have nothing in common with them and I will also go practice unplugging a lamp.
