    The problem is all that will do is freeze the housing market. If the prices have dropped through the floor, people just don’t sell (unless they are forced to)

      If the prices have dropped through the floor, people just don’t sell (unless they are forced to)

      The good news is that people often are forced to sell, either because they’re moving to a new city, or because they died and now their kids need to unload the house.
