Far from a wild act of defiance, they’re gonna hit the asteroid with a baseball bat because they’re being fucking reasonable. If they didn’t save all of humanity, I would have called them a selfish jerk (but from the afterlife because I’ll be dead!).
I really liked that comic without this context :( I still like the comic, but its silly, now. Like the people fearing death are the joke, as its just a lil rock- it can’t hurt anyone with the great hero around!

Yeah, Minus is basically magical (and more than a little autism-coded) in a world without magic. It’s a strange comic, but in a good way.
