[an orange character is driving a bulldozer, facing a house]
I am going to bulldoze your house
[a yellow character is shocked]
[yellow asks politely, hands clasped]
Could you please not do that?
[orange, pushing the bulldozer’s controls, answers]
NO!
[yellow walks away from their house, looking dismayed]
Well, I guess I tried to do everything I could
Too bad
[orange smiles smugly as they bulldoze yellow’s house]

Correct, you can’t take on it alone. Maybe something should be done ahead of time to prevent others houses being bulldozed. If you don’t, they’ll come for your house eventually, and you’ll look silly all on your own against the bulldozer.
Much harder to bulldoze the house of someone with a strong community, who can threaten disruptive protests and mass strikes if bulldozers get too close to things they want to keep. That’s how we do it over here.
I mean that’s true. Can we safely guess the guy just sat there and did nothing after that tho? I know it’s a silly comic and a methaphor I think but even if the reaction pointed towards the guy doing nothing it could be initial shock too and what I just said is probs dumb ans not worth the time anyway or idk.
