Okay, I REALLY did not mean to share this one if it was a sexist comic, so if I screwed up on that, then that’s on me, and… yeah there’s still time to delete it, I think.
That said, there’s a friggen’ load of cultural context to explain, if one really needs it, if one REALLY wants to dig in to this one.
Ball’s in your court, @schipelblorp@sh.itjust.works.
They think it’s part of a pattern of characterising male behaviour as interesting and female behaviour as boring, which they think contributes to, or is used to push, the idea that men are interesting and women are boring.
Their original response is a reference to this meme format (you can see a more-crude-than-usual representation of the “chad”, “trad girl” and “doomer girl” archetypes that typically appear in that format).
Regardless of the merits of that (I’m getting into that in another thread) it seems that they’re not really willing to stand by their own position and will accuse multiple people (specifically, me and you) of acting in bad faith rather than consider that they might not be doing a good job of backing themselves up…
Sea-lioning is a type of online trolling or harassment where someone persistently demands evidence, proof, or explanations in bad faith while maintaining an exaggerated, polite demeanor.
Dans ce cas, y a-t-il des mots précis que tu préférerais que j’utilise pour te demander ce que tu essayais bien de dire au départ… ?

What cultural context is that? I’m familiar with several faltastical creatures, but a chicken-legged shark is new.
It’s not sexist on its own, but it could be read as one example of a sexist trope (girl boring, guy quirky).
May I ask what you were offended by, specifically?
I’ve already stated it twice.
And I’m not a mind-reader, sister.
Please spell it out exactly as you can, assuming a dumbass like me.

Okay, I get it now… you’re a troll.
