Zoom in on the person reading on the left. Ballpoint pen strokes can vary width with pressure, but that is too dramatic. The trace doesn’t seem what a person would do to draw a person. Like there’s no intent behind the strokes, just filling spaces with darkness.

I’m not saying it’s a strong indicator, but it feels weird, like something is not right.
