To state it plainly: some people do think it is ok for a woman to physically assault a man.
Maybe less of them will outright say that, that directly, outloud, but actions speak more loudly than words… and we have statistics that catalogue those actions, that I linked to, and referenced, and explained, in my top level comment, that you replied to.
