I’ve only seen the first few episodes of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, it’s not for me, but I understand the question. Eccentric and kinda wild looking. So maybe also Twelve when he had the guitar in the arena. Definitely some JoJo energy there. But otherwise I wouldn’t attribute Capaldi to it.
