I’m glad to see them go the Flatpak route. Vintage Story does the same thing and it’s worked out really well if you ask me.
I do hope that eventually, they also offer ARM support. When I am looking at laptops, it’s currently ARM or nothing, so having that support could do a lot.
It’s funny, I’ve changed both my gender and my OS in between the announcement video and the early access release
Congratulations!
Depends on the OS!
… and also the chosen gender
The first joke was good the second was slightly less good
Meh, it’s effectively the same joke. All OSes are okay, as are all genders.
Except Windows.
Don’t change your gender to Windows!
Apple showing their gatekeeping attitude people claim to love
It’s not hard to launch unsigned apps you just have to click a button in the system settings app to approve it.
One of the more hilarious rules is that if you include a social login in a webview within an iOS native app it must include Apple as one of the login options.
C’mon guys we’re already multiple layers into a shit sandwich at that point, who cares?
To be fair having an SSO option for an account you almost certainly have seems useful?
This is GREAT news!!! I was hoping they would do this!
Care to reference what you’re talking about?
Apologies, when I was making the post, it refused to upload the jpeg screenshot. So I went over to Twitter, grabbed the post, and also took another screenshot which should hopefully be fixed in the actual post.
My bad.
