Maybe a professional gunsmith can turn cheap extruded plastic into something useful. But then they can just make a real proper gun. You’re correct about ammo, but I’m pretty sure making a bomb without reliable, stable explosive compounds is extremely dangerous Sure. Both of these hobbies are of dubious benefit and serious safety issues
