True Seeing is a sixth-level spell for a reason… some things should remain unseen. Kayra’s potions are so strong, her True Sight can see through the fourth wall. (At least, that’s my interpretation of what’s happening here.) Not a bad hook for a campaign.

    Yeah, looks like she made an error that was easy to miss since it’s mostly behind the speech bubbles. You can see the original sign here.

      Just that the sun is, and always has been, a higher being observing humanity. She doesn’t look at the “camera” at any point, so I don’t see it as a 4th wall thing.
