Oh wow, a contrarian rudely comments on a forum post within a community that they don’t support or even think about (despite being bothered enough to comment on posts there) and when their mean spirited comment isn’t appreciated, it’s somehow surprising?
But girl/guy/enbie/other you might want to take a look as to why you immediately viewed opinions different to yours as mean spirited and something to attack.
You’ll never get people on to your side if you lay into people at the slightest perceived provocation.

As for Internet slap fight advice, don’t say someone has the minority opinion when they are ratio-ing you in a thread. It really comes off badly. It’s better to disengage from a failed fight or maneuver the conversation to better ground under your feet
On the off chance you sincerely hold these beliefs: using words like “dumb carnists” is precisely the reason why so many people dislike vegans.
Instead of making one post telling meat eaters that they’re horrible people, make 2 posts about how being vegan is great, and here’s some good recipes.
