The world can do whatever they want as long as Sweden gives back Jemtland and Herjedalen, and Iceland and Færøyene comes back home to the Norway they were stolen from.

Embarrassing fact: during this world cup, Portugal and Congo were playing a match. The letters were POR-COD.

There was a moment when the result was 1-0 so it was POR-COD 1-0. Also readable as PORCODIO, something that in italy is considered blasphemy. So, to avoid this exact situation, they changed the graphic in Italy to PRT-CNG. I wish I was kidding.

It is basically calling god a pig. In italy, the highest grade blasphemies involve calling god some sort of animal name. Pig, god, snake… anything goes.

Did you run a script over the list of countries to find if other pairs can be used as A, B, C?

I wouldn’t know the first thing about running a script like that, but Cyprus and Russia would also fit.

Germany and Yemen work on a technicality. German Y and Y emen. Though that is absurd.

Austria and Australia are a fan favorite, too.

Meh. The coincidence here is that Sweden is a 6 letter word that happens to share its last three letters with the first three of another country. Fair enough, but the latter fact is a tautology and would be true for any word starting with DEN.

No, you may not have any fun.
