Having to help a primitive civilization build something without sharing any futuristic technology with them sounds like the plot of a star trek episode.
If it goes like the only “building something by hand without advanced technology” episode I can think of, the pyramid gets built and then Kira blows it up a minute later. Which, frankly, is a very Kira thing to do.
Sharing this random comic because it’s got a Far Side kind of look to it. I wasn’t able to locate who the original artist for this one was as looking up “Influences of Extraterrestrial Civilizations” brings up alien articles. I was able to locate the original Polish version shared across a number of sites, but that’s about it.

Thanks. I think I did see that website come up, but it was a dead site so I didn’t realize that was the persons name.
Found the original creator. I just googled the top text, not sure why you weren’t able to locate them.

I ignored Facebook because I thought it would just be people sharing it. I guess I was assuming it would be on a personal website, Instagram, twitter, or tumblr, or the like since that’s what most comic artists use.
