That is what market socialism would be. A Nordic model, but with decentralised planning and ownership in the hands of the workers, rather than the CEOs.
There should be more of a plan for young adults and society than “good luck,” if they want it. The fact that it’s basically chaos is insane to me.
The deprivation of basic human needs and the concomitant necessity of serving capital… These are foundations of capitalism.
If your search for being used (ie. “employed”) is chaotic and fearful, that’s a benefit for those who might want to use (i.e “employ”) you.
