Yeah, I removed OneDrive at least twice and they “accidentally” reinstalled and reactivated it on two updates.
The second time I found out about it because I got a warning that they had uploaded too many of my files against my consent, my allotted cloud storage was full, and if I wanted access to my files I had to pay up.
I removed it again, then there was another update. Guess whose files “accidentally” got held for ransom again?
I quit because of the constant advertising causing interruptions to my workflow. Unacceptable. I switched over to Linux generally because I kept finding Windows to be a deeply unserious and frankly disrespectful OS.

Disrespectful is right. I’m still angry thinking about it.
This was me with edge. After the third time that was installed without my consent I was like FTS.

True, but easier for whom? Easier for them, not easier for me when I have to clean up their mess.
Even easier to ask for neither.
