Isn’t that because it’s Athena’s shield though? Otherwise it’s pretty easy to get around it.
You could use two mirrors like a mini periscope to look directly at her, since it’s a double reflection you’re double protected! Or maybe they cancel each other out. And what about prisms or lenses bending light, does that work as well as a reflection? Are people with glasses immune?
Yeah, I wouldn’t call the double mirror contraption “easy”.
For one, you’d have to be aware of exactly what you’re up against, and of the reflection loophole.
