Are they cracked though? Could just be Mercedes being fancy with reverse light shapes. They seem to have a habit of mixing them into the brake lights.

i dont think those are cracks, but internal dividers. most likely separating the reverse light from the indicator
What crack are you talking about? Do you mean the round edge between the blinker (no colour) and the back/breaking lights (Red)?
I love how they all look pretty accurate but that’s not even the same species as Zazu.
