Two Panel Comic

1: [Blue background. A slightly overweight white man wears a camo bullet proof vest over a black t-shirt. He has a black baseball cap on his head and wears a red bandana over his nose and mouth. He wears a menacing expression on his face.]

Guy: I’m a Proud Boy and I will never stop fighting for true manliness!

2: [Pink background. The Proud Boy now twiddles his fingers, with an abashed expression on his face. His eyes are drawn in an anime style with an anime blush across his nose and cheeks.]

Guy: But I also gotta hide my face because I’m a widdle soft-as-baby-shit chicken.

    PizzaCake is political Garfield

It’s not clever, it’s not funny, it’s not edgy, it’s not smart… it’s the predictable safe, tired, thing and for some reason people eat it up

    “HAHA, Mondays do suck!”

“Right, why cover your face if you’re so proud?”

Genius level creativity here, definitely not the same tired joke everyone makes all of the time and have been making for years

      You heard it here, Folks.

No more making fun of conservatives hiding behind masks. Velvets tired of the comments.

Hate this genre because it comes back to us when we are criticized for being masked in protests when its nothing to do with “manliness” for either of us its op sec.

Yeah as someone who hates Proud Boys, this is obviously a bad faith attack on them which has the exact blowback you say.

People doing (or threatening to do) political violence are usually going to want to hide their identities from law enforcement and employers, and virtually everyone is afraid of getting arrested and/or fired.

Nothing more manly and heterosexual than belonging to a group named after a song in a Disney musical stage play

I’m so manly I can’t wear a medical mask to save lives. But I sure am willing to wear one to be an absolute shitbag in cowardice.

In the age of mass surveillance, it might be good to take a page from their behaviors.

Kinda crazy we’re not all hiding our faces all the time.

The pandemic sucked but I’m just glad that it’s socially acceptable to wear a mask anywhere in the world now.

Where I am the pandemic changed nothing about the acceptance of masking. Even during the pandemic I had people asking me to remove my mask.

Uhh in much of shithole countries (America) you can get shot for wearing a covid mask. Or at least disrespected.

I’d be publicly shamed if I wore one everywhere.

Why would you wear one now? Risk of infection is basically zero these days, or at least no one is tracking or worrying about it anymore.

I mean this is what most people around me also think, basically “covids gone”, which I’m sure isnt really true, but I also can’t live in fear forever.

It’s still out there. If you were worried and plannimg to be in a crowd, i could see it.

Also, if you have a flu or something and you don’t mask up, I think you’re a dick =p

The only ones I’ve seen with masks the last few years are Asians in airports when I’m traveling, and they wore those even before covid so I’m not sure it’s covid related.

it’s definitely more expected among various asian cultures. My city has a pretty large contingent of Chinese, Taiwanese, HKers, etc.

I think it’s an expectation that really SHOULD spread to everyone. Masking up when you’re sick it an awesome idea.

It’s not pointless you just have to be creative. IR LEDs are cheap and their light is invisible to us but enough light can flood out a camera feed. You can get/build a cheap device that detects these devices’ BLE signatures and further automate from there. (E.g. : use that data to populate a map, then use the map to inform other strategies/hide yourself within a certain range.)

There’s gotta be other turnkey stuff that walks the line of being offensive while not being conspicuous or doing permanent (physical) damage, I just haven’t come across it yet or it is coming.

This fight is far from over

This is as funny as the Facebook memes conservatives use where a blue hair person says “everything I don’t like is Hitler!”

Low tier content that is degrading society

      Its not funny?

What I find funny is your example cluelessly agrees with the comic.

Reee blue hair (on a person who isnt hiding their choices.)

Meanwhile we have people cosplaying as surrender flags and wanna be storm troopers… hiding their faces.

Gotta come armed to the protest and hide my face otherwise the truth might hurt me.

Its okay snowflake. You’re just as brave and manly as the props and compensation make you think you are.

they want to be approachable to the politicians in DC, so they call themselves “boys”.

they cover their face to keep the facade up that they are just “big boys”.
