Never understand how staying in water doing nothing is relaxing, doing nothing is when the thoughts are coming! Always stay occupied before it’s too late! They are coming, they are here

It’s a form of sensory deprivation. The water cools and calms the stressed body, in darkness + mask even more effective stimming.

For people that thoughts start to creep, practice a sutra.

    Self-care in the 2020’s:

Rotating your chair away from your work monitor to your recreational monitor after a horrific day of being abused over zoom to watch the news on your other monitor until you’re a wreck, then playing some video games you actually hate.

Try out Vintage Story! Even if you don’t care for the default settings, you can pretty much customize every vanilla setting, and mod support is built in, so you can get kinda crazy with it. It looks like Minecraft, but that’s where the similarities end, or so I’m told. I never could get into Minecraft.

I compare it to Terraria if it was 3D. There’s lore there, but you’ll only find it once you go looking.

Lucky Charms is the only cereal I have ever wanted to eat dry. Whatever the marshmallows are made out of will probably kill me, but the texture is amazing.

I love those crunchy cereal marshmallows! I’ve bought them (just the marshmallows) online a few times. It’s been years, so probably time for a treat.

I have a 24/7 stream of Bluey on my favourites list for my IPTV. I leave it on during the day most days for the dog to watch.

I’ve caught a bunch of episodes that just make me cry. It’s such a great show.
