He isn’t angry, just very focused on the Rosie’s posterior. The vacuuming is plausible deniability.
Ohhhh!

The future is now.
I’ve had a robot vacuum since 2018, and it’s still going strong.
It’s easily in the top 5 of best purchases I’ve ever made
Do you still have the same robot vacuum from 2018? For me they break so often, Im on a third one since 2020.
I do! I’ve done some DIY repairs on it several times. It’s a Roborock S5. I’ve had to replace the lidar motor and the charging station, but it’s still going strong.
we got one a while ago, but our cats never rode it. waste of money
Robot vacuums are like “robot” dishwashers. They’re helpful, but a huge percentage of the physical work remains.
I want a robot dishwasher that collects dirty dishes around the apartment, loads them, runs the cycle, puts away the clean dishes, and re-runs the still dirty dishes.
I want a robot maid that picks up all the stuff on the floor, puts it away, vacuums the floor without getting stuck on a chair, cleans the tops of throw rugs without moving them, empties its contents into the trash, and cleans the hair off its own axles.
when’s the last time you didn’t have a dishwasher
22 years ago, why?
did you live by yourself or were you doing dishes for a family? because that makes a difference. i’m thinking you may have some recency bias
I was living with roommates, one of whom was absolutely terrible about doing her own dishes. But I still don’t get what your overall point is?
that having a dishwasher has made you forget.
no worries, i went through it too. like, when i moved in with my wife we didn’t have a dishwasher for the first time for me in like five years and it was An Adjustment.
The z70 can do all of that, no?

Popular imagery?
Oh god, Rosey has feet. And her wheels are under the chair!! Ewww!
I don’t know why I even thought the picture looked strange but I can’t actually find anything wrong with it except maybe the chair’s wheels and the unknown artist’s signature
George’s job is to push a button… If anyone needs replacing it’s that guy.

That was back when people thought machines would make workers lives easier. What a fun fantasy that was.
It remains less than a generation away, if we can win it.
Problem is it won’t be an idle life of luxury, it will be 90% of the world living on the streets because there are no jobs, but everything still costs money.
Don’t forget food, energy, and climate crisises that are already well underway no matter how well we solve the fascist billionaires problem
We can do it with planned static technology, no need for MML’s. Just need to well, make ALL corps go bankrupt first.
Does anyone remember that “don’t do drugs” commercial from the 1980s “I learned it from watching you.”
damn the jetsons, thats a nostalgia hit.
Obligatory oof: The Jetsons was set in 2065. George Jetson is 40 years old. Therefore George Jetson was born last year.
