Guten tag, if I may, while it’s normal for ratatouille to have some liquid left over in the process, this one seems just a touch watery, maybe try letting it cook without the lid for a while towards the end.

You’re right, but in case you didn’t know, not everyone’s clients show display names (or pronouns) and only show usernames. The app and frontends I used to use to access Lemmy were like that, and I had no idea, so I’d just use peoples’ usernames (and neutral pronouns,) like that person did. It wasn’t until I tried other apps that I learned people had them! I didn’t even know those were options, lol.
